It seems like it took an eternity for it to get here, but opening weekend is this coming Saturday and Sunday, May 18th & 19th. The weekend is packed with activities including the annual car show, a parade, practice and more.
The weekend kicks off on Saturday as the Annual Car show will take place at Mom’s North Country Powersports in Groveton. The event is open to all divisions. Immediately following the car show, a parade of racecars and haulers will be held as they will drive to the track and then get ready for their practice sessions throughout the afternoon.
Another highlight on Saturday will be the free concert, open to the public in the all new Turn 4 Pub. “Raized on Radio” one of the hottest bands in the area will be performing from 7-11pm. Concessions will be open and the party is sure to be a good one. The grandstands and the Turn 4 Pub concert party are all free and people of all ages are urged to attend.
