The grand daddy of them all at Speedway 51 in Groveton, New Hampshire is set to go green flag racing on Saturday afternoon, October 6th at 1pm. The Mom’s North Country Power Sports of Groveton and Mom’s of Lancaster presents all the exciting action of this giant one day extravaganza.
Race teams from throughout the Northeast are looking to invade the ¼ mile bullring known as Speedway 51. Some of the area’s top guns have filed an early entry form for the Lil Joey Generation Next 151 lap Late Model event that pays a cool $5,000 to win. Names like Brendan Moodie, the newly crowned Speedway 51 Late Model champion, Quinney Welch the 2018 White Mountain Motorsports Park champ, multi time feature winner Jeff Marshall is in as well as Thunder Road and ACT hotshoe, Bobby Therrien is all in for the Fall Brawl. Local favorite Stacy Cahoon has filed entry. Cahoon is a three time Late Model champion at Speedway 51, and a five time champion at White Mountain Motorsports Park. Craig Bushey and a full field of quality Late Model drivers are set to do battle for the $5,000 pot of gold plus lap money.
Joining the Late Models will be a solid roster of Tiger Sportsman, Street Stocks, Daredevils and a Cyclone / Warrior Challenge.
